Return Policy

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the us if returned in a salable condition within 30 days , accompanied by proof of purchase.

Special Orders
Special ring sizing can take up to 6 weeks time.
Special orders are non returnable.

Shipping Policies for monograms:

All orders are shipped U.P.S. unless otherwise directed. You may pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery. Delivery is approximately two weeks between January and September and three weeks between October and December. All Christmas orders must be received by December 1. We will ship your order within two business days for an additional $15.00 RUSH FEE charge.
